Cashback cards or just one simple card?

Curious how people here manage credit cards. do you chase cashback / miles across a few cards, or just stick to one and keep life simple?

i feel like the cashback can add up but then i forget which card to use for which thing and lowkey it becomes a chore haha. whats your setup?
