With CapitaLand restructuring, is shares becoming diluted into units? For example, a 10,000 shares translated to 1546 units. If I will to use yesterday's price at 2.95, I will get $4560.70 when I sell comparing to my bought price of $40,000. Did I interpret correctly? Thanks

It is not dilution, but restructuring where CapitaLand (C31) are delisted, and CapitaLand shareholders will receive 1 CLIM (9CI) share, S$0.951 cash, and 0.155 CICT (C38U) shares for each CapitaLand share owned.

So for 10000 CapitaLand shares, you receive 10000 CLIM shares, $9510 cash, and 1550 CICT shares. Based on yesterday closing price, CLIM was $2.95 and CICT was $2, meaning your CLIM and CICT shares are worth 10000 x $2.95 + 1550 x $2 = $32600, plus cash $9510, total value is $42110.
