I'm thinking of getting a cancer insurance plan for someone who is around 45-50 years old, has a pre-existing (but not severe) illness and smokes. I understand that there are several Cancer plans available, such as the Great Eastern cancer guard and Singlife's, but I was wondering if anyone has experience purchasing a cancer plan (as a smoker) and which plan is the most "value for money"
