Can you set a market order for stocks in tiger brokers that automatically executes the order when market opens?

I.e. setting the buy market order before market is open (not pre-market) such that the trade is immediately executed once market opens

For instance I want to buy one AAPL share at US market open (not pre-market) but it is only 8.30am ET, can I place an order such that it makes the trade automatically once market opens at 9.30am ET?
