I booked a trip to Korea and the tour agency postponed our tour without refund.
Can I claim insurance for postponement and again for cancellation if I choose to do so?
I’m unsure if I could make it for the trip during the same period next year, hence may need to cancel closer to the date if I can’t make it.
Is this possible? My insurance is Aviva

You got to either read the terms and conditions of the policy or to consult your agent.
Generally, double claim is illegal and the insurance comapny has the right to claw back the excess amount paid to you.
In most cases, you can either claim for travel postponement or travel cancellation, depending on the situation that fulfils the contractual obliagtions.
All in all, insurance company will only reimburse you up to your cost level, and not for profit.
