Can the NTUC link point given for each 8 kWh of electricity consume for the month be credited under spouse's NTUC membership card, since we are living in the same house unit?

For Tuas power, linkpoints will be automatically credited where 1 linkpoint equals to 8kwh to the applicant IC no. during sign up, where the applicant can be the main sp account holder or like what you said your spouse. And yes, the applicant must be living in the same household. Hope that helps clarify your qns.
