Can I use SRS funds to buy non Singapore ETFS (e.g., SPDR SP500 ETF of SGX or other ETFs listed on NASDAQ)?

I want to know what ETFs I can buy beyond STI

Can only buy ETFs listed in SGX for SRS

From my research it seems to be only the ETFs lised in SGX.
