Can I transfer HDB after MOP to my co-owner PR parents? I'm a Citizen who got a BTO with PR parents?

Wife and I want to have a space of our own. We're approaching MOP in 1 year, HDB said transferring of flat would require my parents to buy back my share contributed via CPF + interest. If they can't do so via cash then need to reassess loan etc and given their age this might not be feasible. Are there any other ways I can go about this?

U help them pay your flat in cash. Can’t run away from buying back your share.
