Can I receive both the EHG and Singles Grants under the HDB Non-citizen Spouse Scheme?

The article says here that under the HDB Non-citizen spouse scheme, one can receive both the EHG and Singles Grants. However, based on the HDB website, it is clearly stated that its a either/or.

Just wanted to clarify if the article was mistaken or have I wrongly interpreted this information?

Enhanced CPF Housing Grant provides assistance for

Lower to upper-middle income applicants of the Singles Grant

Yes, it is possible to have both grants if the conditions are met.
