Can I get a waiver of service fee charge for going below bank account minimum amount?

I have a DBS Savings account and Multiplier account. I transferred most of my money from the savings account to my Multiplier account and I just realised there's a service fee for going below a certain amount and I am about to be charged for the second month. Am I able to waive off this charge?

Doesn't hurt to ask right? Usually, first time transgressions waived with no issues especially if you had the money within the bank as is your case.
