Can I buy the SIA rights that are currently being traded if I'm not a current shareholder (ie. was not a shareholder before 6th may)?

13 May to 21 May was the period to buy the rights on SGX.

Hi, newbie here. I purchased SIA stocks (cash upfront) on 4 May, but cdp account shows settlement date on 6 May. I suppose ex-right starts on 6 May but am I entitled to the rights?
