Can I ask what’s the difference in valued stocks and ETFs? Which is better?

There are stocks and there are ETFs

then there are different investing styles (Value, Growth, Momentum)

not rigorously defined.

better stay with broad market, cheap & large passive stock indexing ETFs, do dollar cost averaging and hold them for very long times ( 10 to 20 years) and don't sell them on stock market crashes like recently.

An excellent starting point for the novice could be SP500 ETF 'VUSA', as also a MSCI World ETF.
