If I'm not wrong, yes if you are discharged, you can apply for credit cards in Singapore to build up your credit reputation again but the catch is it may not be easy to do so. The bankruptcy will remain in your credit report for a few years and banks may charge you high interest rate or annual fees since the risk of defaults is much higher compared to someone with clean records. You can try applying for a secured credit card but with lower limits.
