Yes agree with the rest! You can call their 24-hour hotline at 6225 5225 and then enter your NRIC or credit card number when prompted. Press 0 to speak to a customer service officer.

If you incur credit annual fee in your statement and the bank doesn't want to waive it, can you cancel the credit card without paying the annual fee and get back your balance that was pre-paid?
