Can a foreigner with Long Term Pass purchase Integrated Shield Plan from GE, Raffles, AIA etc?

Keen on Private Hospital Plan. Age 35. Any particular things to look out for? Do the insurers offer about the same coverage? Are premiums higher for foreigner?

Hi there,

You are able to purchase an ISP from the insurers as above. Different plans offer differing coverages eg. Annual limits, pre/post hospitalisation benefit durations etc

Do take note that for foreigners, your entire ISP will be payable by cash while if you manage to secure a PR status, at least, your ISP will be payable by Medisave (subject to withdrawal limits) while your ISP rider is payable by cash.
