Came across people investing in seedin recently but i am still confused as to what it really is about. Can someone share more about how seedin works?

You lending 100% of capital, they will take 10% to return you back as interest and default your capital. Good business right?

Basically, you lend money to small businesses who are too small for banks to lend them money. As these companies are small/new, invetors can demand higher interest for higher risk of default. Meaning to say you can lose your entire investment.
