Buying the Dip or Waiting It Out? Navigating This May's Market Chop?

S&P has pulled back ~3% from its highs, and tech sentiment is shaky again with mixed earnings from semis and cloud giants. Add in sticky inflation and geopolitical noise, and it's hard to feel bullish.

Some investors are:

  • Scaling into broad market ETFs like VOO or QQQ
  • Eyeing sector ETFs (energy, utilities)
  • Parking in cash/cash-like options while waiting

Personally, I’ve kept some dry powder in Tiger’s CBA — gives me the freedom to DCA when there’s real value without rushing in.

How are you navigating this May? Sitting tight, buying dips, or rotating sectors?
