Buying old HDB (>45 years old) vs renting. Which is cheaper and more worthwhile?

• Rent.
• Old hdb, later u lost $$$, when u sell and agent fee
• If u cant sell it in time, ABSD.
• Also u have to sell 1st, else it is consider 2nd loan. U can borrow lesser.
