BTO vs EC? Which is best in terms of net profit gained?

I mean even though EC can be sold at a high price, the cost of an EC is also higher. And EC is usually not near public transport. Which is a better investment?

New EC will be a better option if compare to BTO.

You still need proper planning and make sure you are financially comfortable after the purchase.
