Binance global p2p USDT

Hi guys, so 1USD = 1.33USD, so whats the cheapest spread uve bought on binance p2p to USDT? I bought it at a pretty high price of 1USDT = 1.4SGD. Ive been seeing 1USDT = 1.355SGD, could it go any lower or is 1.355 a decent buy? Has there ever been 1USDT = 1.34?
