Between the HSBC Premier Mastercard and the HSBC Visa Platinum card, is there a huge difference?
If I were to change my card to the Visa Platinum card, are there a lot more exclusive privileges? What are some of the pros and cons of switching?

HSBC Premier Mastercard is only available for HSBC Premier customers. The difference is the travel priviledges (hotel booking discounts, airport lounge access, complimentary travel insurance, etc.). If you already qualify as a Premier customer, then you can just check with your relationship manager which is best.
