Between Lazada and Shopee, which is a better place to do online shopping? Are there better deals from one over the other? What about the quality of products, delivery service and customer experience?

I have tried both and I prefer shopee over Lazada. Price and quality wise depends on their range of sellers since a lot of them ships directly from overseas and you have no way to determine the quality until you receive the items or look at the reviews. What I like about shopee is being able to accumulate coins and vouchers for discounts. Lazada offers voucher as well. But what really made me chose shopee is the their customer service(shopee. Not the individual seller). Refund process is really easy as well. (I have refunded from lazada before and the process is just.....yucky.) You can refund for damaged item, wrong item, wrong colour etc. For pricey items like electronics, I would buy from local sellers and look out for shopee lowest price guarantee and if lazada has it cheaper, you can claim the difference in coins. Other than that, do your own research first for expensive items.
