Best world (CGN.SI) increase in dividends and earnings? Should I buy?

Try the elevator pitch: if you can explain what they do and why they're worth buying right now in 5 minutes, then maybe yes. If not, then you need to research more before you can make an informed decision :)

If you think they are a strong company and you have done proper research, you can buy. Although they did halt their trading for awhile recently.
