Best or cheapest broker for DCA into ETFs

Hi guys, I am currently in Uni now and am planning to pick out ETFs on my own instead of using robo-advisors. The ETFs I am looking into are mainly in the US and I'm wondering which platform will be the best for me as I plan to invest on a monthly basis

TD Ameritrade for US stocks. Well, you can buy US based ETF that tracks Chinese stocks too like KWEB for non-US exposure.

TD Ameritrade is loved by many, will merge into Charles Schwab soon.
