If you are comparing brokerage sign-up bonuses in Singapore and trying to figure out which platform gives you the most for your deposit right now, Q4 2026 is actually an interesting moment to be making this decision. Webull overhauled its October campaign in a meaningful way, and it stacks up differently from previous cycles.
This post looks at how Webull's current promotion compares to the broader Singapore brokerage promo landscape, what makes it structurally different, and what to check beyond the headline figure before you commit.

Why the bonus structure matters more than the headline number
Most Singapore brokerage promotions are a single track — deposit a minimum amount, hold for a period, receive a reward. Webull's October campaign is unusual because it runs three independent and stackable reward tracks from a single sign-up. That changes how you should evaluate it.
Track 1 is the Welcome Reward available to all new users — up to S$1,888 in NVDA fractional shares and free stock vouchers based on deposit tier.
Track 2 is the Referee Bonus exclusive to users who sign up via a referral link — up to S$500 in additional free stock vouchers stacked on top of Track 1 at the same tier. This bonus is not available if you sign up directly on the Webull website.
Track 3 is the Trading Bonus — S$50 in NVDA shares earned by completing 3 qualifying Buy-to-Open stock or ETF trades of at least US$100 or S$150 each within 30 days of reaching S$3,000 NCD.
The combined maximum is S$2,438. No other major Singapore retail broker is currently running a three-track stackable structure with a comparable total value.
What the free market data perks add
Beyond the deposit and trading bonuses, Webull is also bundling four free market data subscriptions with every new account opened during this campaign period:
These are included at account opening with no deposit required. Some platforms charge S$10–S$20 per month for equivalent market data subscriptions.
How Webull's platform compares for ongoing US stock investing
The bonus is a starting point, but the platform fee structure matters more over the long term. Here is what to know for 2026.
Webull SG removed both commissions and platform fees on US stocks and ETFs permanently from 21 May 2026. That means S$0 commission and S$0 platform fee with no conditions on trade volume or frequency. This is what the MissLobang brokerage comparison referred to as a genuinely permanent change rather than a time-limited promotion.
For options trading, Webull offers 18 different strategies and is widely cited as the lowest-cost options trading platform in Singapore for retail investors.
The one area where Webull differs from moomoo and Tiger Brokers is CDP-linkage for Singapore stocks. Webull holds Singapore shares as a custodian — they are not linked directly to your CDP account. If holding your Singapore-listed shares directly under your name in CDP is important to you, moomoo currently offers a CDP-linked account as an alternative, or you can use a traditional local brokerage for that exposure while using Webull for US stocks.
For the Dynamic RSP feature — automated recurring investment with no minimum trade size — Webull is the only platform in Singapore that currently offers this.
The S$30,000 tier is new and worth flagging
Previous Webull campaigns had a gap between S$10,000 and S$100,000. The October 2026 campaign adds a S$30,000 tier that fills that gap. If you were sitting on the sidelines because the S$10K reward (S$288) felt too thin but S$100K (S$888) is not something you want to lock up, the S$30K tier (S$418 Welcome Reward plus S$80 Referee Bonus) is now a viable middle ground with a 90-day holding requirement.
What to check before you commit — and how to compare bonuses properly
A few things that are routinely glossed over in brokerage bonus comparisons:
Form of the reward matters. NVDA fractional shares can rise or fall in value between when the holding period ends and when you actually sell. Free stock vouchers are tied to the purchase price of whatever stock you buy with them. Neither is the same as cash in hand.
Holding period opportunity cost. Locking up S$10,000 for 90 days at a bank's savings account rate versus earning S$288 in Webull rewards is a calculation worth doing depending on your current rates elsewhere.
Manual claim requirement. Webull rewards do not auto-credit. You must log into the app, navigate to My Rewards, and manually claim each reward within 30 days of it appearing. Free stock vouchers expire 90 days after claiming. Set calendar reminders for both dates.
Net Cumulative Deposit versus gross deposit. NCD is your total deposits minus withdrawals minus shares transferred out. If you need to withdraw any cash during your holding period for any reason, it reduces your NCD and could drop you below your tier threshold permanently.
Campaign window: 30 September 2026 to 31 December 2026
Your sign-up and first deposit must both occur within this window. A deposit made on 1 January 2027 makes you ineligible even if your account was opened in October 2026. The promotion clock is based on the deposit date, not the sign-up date.
