At what age should one open SRS account with bank?

Any age above the legal age requirement of 18, is a good age minimum to begin. The earlier the start, the better the retirement savings.

Now, before retirement age ups to 63 etc etc and your money will b locked in longer.

All it takes is $1 to create the acc.

I just created mine a month ago to lock in my retirement age at 62.
