At what age did you all "discover" investing, and when did you actually start doing it?

By discover, i mean when did you get exposed to it - for myself, it was only in University when i took on a course which requires us to delve into company annual reports and look at their share prices. Prior to that, my army mates did tell me he was putting up $100/month into BCIP on OCBC or something, guess that was a first initial touch.

I personally only started after getting my first paycheck, and haven't stopped ever since!

It’s interesting how different people discover investing at various stages of life. Some come across it through formal education, like courses, while others pick it up through friends or family. Starting after your first paycheck sounds like a solid approach—it’s all about building the habit early.

Started at 25 once i had my first income
