Asset Allocation ETF (AOA, AOR, AOM, AOK) vs Robo Advisor?

Since there are asset allocation ETF by iShares that charging much lower fees at 0.25%, why most of the people still prefer robo advisor like Stashaway or Endowus who charging 0.6%?

Maybe becoz can set auto DCA instruction? or maybe the human advisers give special extra service. probly also same reasons why dimensional funds available as ETFs, yet endowus and owl still hav its own fanatic followers.
