As a fresh graduate, your cash flow and discipline towards how you manage your first paycheck will play a huge factor in how you build your wealth for the future. For this purpose, I will suggest you to understand how cash flow works in general: Understanding Your Personal Cash Flow

Thereafter, we need to set a control on how much you should spend, as well as a goal for your savings. In order to maintain discipline, here is how I do my budget: How to create a Monthly Budget

To point out, I have used the same method for more than a decade now and I'm glad to have found some success in building my wealth. Hence, you may wish to give it a try.

In terms of of your career prospect, speak with your manager regularly and to do research on your own to understand the demand of your job. Above all, always find out how to do more, learn more, and improve more. For example, it could to go for further studies so that you can become better qualified for your next role (e.g. promotion). To clarify, never be contented with what you have currently, and to find out ways to push yourself to the next level. Of course, don't overdo it and become aggressive when your expectations are not met. Stay humble, be kind, and be real and you will go a long way!

In any case, set tangible goals (for both your wealth and career) on what you wish to achieve in the next 3/5/10 years and beyond. For the most part, this will be an indicator to see where you are, and where you want to be. Whether you achieve your goal or not, conduct a reflection to see how you can become better. With consistent improvement (even if it is just 1% better a day), you build permanent growth.
