As a buyer, are we able to offset any additional cash needed with accumulated CPF OA during the Resale Completion Appointment ?

I'd like to clarify upon the process of HDB Resale Completion Appointment in which I believe the remaining balance payment for of Purchase Price to be paid by Cash (for amount not covered by the home loan or CPF) will happen? During these period of acceptance of resale application(in which the downpayment via CPF takes place), are we still able to offset any additional cash needed by accumulated CPF OA during the these period?
