3 pure logistics SREITs which are ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust, EC World REIT and Mapletree Logistics Trust.

For long term, base on past performance

Mapletree log is a GOOD buy
EC world is a OK buy
ARA is a NO buy

Although, past performace dont guarantee future performace. But it provide a guideline,how good the reit management.

Dont buy into hype or expectation, unless u r trading short term.
