I’ve been repaying my housing loan in cash as the interest rate was less than 1.8%. However, I’m repricing to a fixed rate loan at 2.65%. At this rate, it better to repay the loan with CPF?

I have 1.8 million home loan (0.68% interest rate) & spare cash 500k. Should I partially redeem the loan or any suggestion to use the 500k for other investments to take advantage of low interest rate.
