Sigh. Sadly, no. If you're buying a HDB flat as a single buyer, you'll have to be 35 years old. But you can absolutely start planning now — from saving up to looking at locations and projects you're interested in, and doing your financial calculations so that when the time comes that you are eligible to buy, you can do so efficiently! In my opinion, even if they where to reduced the age, it will never be such drastic drop in age requirement. the more probably age will be 32, if they managed to get this through parliament.
