Hi the promotions are nothing special but the UOB debit card has dining, fuel and travel deals.

You can get up to 30% off in places like Australia, Bali, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand if you spend on dining, shopping and exploring around the world. For local dining, there are 1-1 dining deal promotions available at participating merchants. Pay using UOB Debit card and you can get great savings at SPC and shell.

Other than that, there is no promotion going on for signing up. Just the regular deals you can enjoy with the card.
