Are there any options to refinance POSB study loan?

Hello I currently have about 100k in study loan at 4.75%pa from POSB study loan. I just want to know if anyone has managed to get it refinanced at a lower interest rate?

Perhaps you might need to be more specific with your question OP. Providing a bit more details would be helpful.

On the other hand, there are currently some immediate measures by sg gov on loan repayments (eg halting of interest rates and deferring of loan repayments till a later date) due to the COVID situation. You might want to check those out if you haven't.
