Are there any interest-free cheque accounts in Singapore?

Looking for a cheque account which does not function as an advance credit facility. i.e. I can use the cheque interest free if I pay the bill in full every month. anyone knows?

ANZ used to have but it was acquired by DBS.
Other banks I enquired with also only provide advance credit facility kind ie interests starts the day the cheque is banked in.

I know sg gov is moving to be cheque free by 2025, but by then certain business still only accepts cheque for larger amounts.
