I know it's probably too early for this, but are there travel insurance policies out there that cover the Wuhan Virus? If yes, what section will it be under?

Most insurance had included destination and clauses which will be excluded for claim since the Coronavirus emerge. You will have to read the different insurance terms and conditions to see if it is covered

If really depends on what are you claiming against.
if you talked about the whole trip in general, it really depends on the insurer. NTUC has this announcement on their website recently,
"For travellers going to Mainland China, please note that the Wuhan virus is currently considered a known event and there will be no coverage for any claims arising from the Wuhan virus for your travel to Mainland China if you activate your travel insurance now. Travellers can file a claim for Cancelling/Shortening/Postponing your trip or Trip Disruption as the case may be, and according to the policy conditions, if they have purchased their policies before 8pm on 20 Jan 2020 (for travel to Wuhan), or before 7pm on 27 Jan 2020 (for travel to the rest of Mainland China)."
Aaron recently made a post on Aviva'a "Cancel for Any Reason" which you're able to recover 50% of all things you paid which are unable to be recovered from change of plans.

Hi anon,
Most travel insurance policies bought after a certain date will not cover claims arising from the Wuhan virus, regardless of it being cancellation or other wise.
The virus has been a known event since Jan, and declared by WHO as a global health emergency in late Jan, so if you have yet to buy your policy, it is unlikely you will get coverage.
There is a possible case of contention for trip cancellation, if you intend to travel to country without a MFA travel advisory yet (basically any country except China at this point), and then after you buy your policy, a MFA travel advisory is issued, and you want to cancel your trip. You can contest on the basis of the travel advisory coming out only after you have bought the policy, but I won't count on the chances of making a successful claim being very high.
