Yup, there are actually quite a number.

DBS Live Fresh Student card - 5% cashback on selected merchants (Macs, Starbucks, Spotify)

Citi Clear Visa - 1x point (0.4mpd) / $1 spending

SC Manhattan 500 - 0.25% cashback on all eligible spend

Maybank eVibes/CIMB AWSM - 1% cashback on all eligible spend

Personally, I think the best is either Maybank or CIMB, though I'd only use my student credit card for minimal spending to build credit score rather than for the rewards.
