REITS still have a place in our passive income portfolio. In fact, we see phase 2 HA measures as an opportunity to buy more at lower prices. Go with quality names or a diversified REIT portfolio like Syfe REIT+.

Any recommendations for standing work desks? Looking for something below $150. Thanks in advance! Any brand or series to look out for and where to buy them?

Ascendas Reit and Maple Log Reit have gone up a lot. Is it still worth buying it? If not, which REITs are still worth looking at?

Would you still recommend investors buy and hold REITs given that a lot of the REITs are slashing their dividends? Or should we buy and sell to take advantage of the market volatility?

As I'm looking to get dividends from investing in REITs, how do investors like myself gauge whether a REIT is able to pay dividends?

If I buy a stock before the ex dividend date but sell off before the record date and pay date, will I still be entitled to dividends? Thanks.?
