Are my company's benefits limited? Share your company's employee benefits?

I work at an MNC, and feel my company's benefits are quite limited. Thought it would be good if some members here could share their benefits, so we can learn from each other. I'm thinking of compiling some suggestions to share with my HR manager to improve our employee welfare scheme.

Here's my benefits. I'm a manager with about 7 yrs work exp.

  1. $2.50 dinner allowance if working in office past 8PM, per day (yes, $2.50!)
  2. Work from home 1 day a month
  3. $80 travel allowance per month

I am sure that is not the full list of the benefits? But based on the 3 points you have listed, I would think that your company benefits is quite limited.

I would guess that my company's benefit is average. Here's mine:

  1. 18 Annual Leave, 14 days MC
  2. Health Insurance plan, Term life plan, Critical illness, Disability
  3. $500 flexi cash benefit annually (credited to employees monthly)
  4. $300 Phone bill claims per year
  5. Full transport claims after 8pm
  6. Full claims on food, air ticket, accoms, for overseas business trip

There is no WFH benefit for employees. WFH arrangements are decided by team manager.

MNC should have health insurance covered for employees i through? If no that’s worse than SME.

My company is US MNC

  1. Basic Group healthcare insurance, term life, critical illness

  2. Tuition assistance for Diploma/degree/languages
    USD2.5k per year

  3. Professional fee subscription reimbursement

  4. Currently WFH, free flow coffee in office

Those benefits look pretty limited, especially as a manager with that level of experience.
