Are increases in resale prices also caused by increases in BTOs sold right after MOP?

Confirm got link. if BTOs move quick in an area means got demand. the nearby resale flats will also see similar demand.

I think there is a relationship. IMO. Because seller always want higher & higher sale price based on...
