Application for SSB?

Im currently using the POSB phone app, and the website said i could apply for SSB under Invest -> SGS -> SSB. However when i do so, there is no SSB option, and only have Bond or T bills option. Anyone experience the same thing?

You have to use ibanking from a computer. My app is also showing the same but online thru computer is ok.
