Anyone with non-OCBC SRS accounts able to invest in OCBC bank's BCIP (Blue Chip Investment Plan)?

I intended to invest some of my SRS money in local ETFs without incurring high commissions or cost buying or selling through the exchange. But it seems I may have open my SRS account with the wrong bank, ugh 😅.

The FAQs from OCBC (link below) implies only OCBC SRS account holders can use the BCIP

Do note it is possible to change SRS providers (fill in a form and some admin handling) so if you really want you can change OCBC to be your sponsor to get access to this.
