Who are main providers and what is normal fee levels.
How would the mandate be normally structured and what type of ongoing update is customary?
How do evaluate if value is being added vs fee and is there any league tables / comparisons of different providers?

You need to be an Accredited Investor (AI) first by signing the MAS form before being allowed to trade if I aint wrong.
