I took the individual stock picking route. Sharing my REITs/Trusts SG portfolio, which was built on 14 Oct 2019, after I attended a REIT course. It's like a mini REITs ETF. Dividend yield so far is around 6%.

Anyone who's reading this: Please do your own due diligence.

  1. Ascott Residence Trust (When I saw the dividend (Pre-Covid $0.0418 --> recent $0.0105), my heart just goes out for Ascott. It's a quality business but Covid-19 has dealt their entire industry such a heavy blow)
  2. Ascendas India Trust
  3. Cromwell European REIT
  4. CapitaLand Retail China Trust
  5. EC World REIT
  6. Frasers L&C Trust
  7. IREIT Global
  8. Keppel Infrastructure Trust
  9. Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (bought on my own; is not part of the portfolio built during the course)
  10. Mapletree Industrial Trust (held since 2010)
  11. NetLink NBN Trust
  12. Parkway Life REIT
  13. Sasseur REIT
