Anyone tried Etiqa Elastiq?

Learnt about it from Kenneth and it seems pretty interesting (for those who are risk averse)! Similar interest rates to SSB and is flexible as well as you can deposit/withdraw anytime without any penalty after 90 days which makes it like another form of savings account.

this is newly launched end November 2018 so still fairly new in the market. I find the function of setting monthly savings after the 90 days period not bad with the flexibility offered.

Yeah haha @Gabriel, this was what also piqued my interest. Fun fact, cos I met up with the Etiqa team and they sent us the product details. We are not sponsored by the way, just to be 100% honest.

In due time, we should be doing up a comparison between these products: (which are highly similar in nature)

  • SSB (obviously) lol
  • Short term Endowments (usually 2-2.2% p.a and 3 year deposits)
  • Fixed Deposits
  • High interest rate saving accounts

Let me ping our Seedly content team on this! :D
