Are you referring to tracking all the cryptocurrency you have in one app? Or are you saying an app that is user-friendly and allows you to check any cryptocurrency you have and do not have?

For the first question, there isn't really any since you hold them on multiple exchanges. For the second, you can use CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, TradingView, Coinalyze, etc.​​​
