Hi guys,
Anyone invested in Syfe S-Reits? Invested since Jan 2021 and to date received around $800 worth of dividents however my TWA is -2.30 which make my capital -$500. Not that i panic, this is long term investment however is it normal for SREITs to fluctuate and also is this is because of the Mapletree merger?

I invested in Syfe REIT+ since Nov 2020, and I chose the reinvest dividends options. XIRR since inception is +2.99% as of 31 Dec 2021, which is below my long term target of 4~5%. However, I would still continue to hold as I want S-REIT exposure as a satellite in my portfolio.
All stocks fluctuate, no exception for S-REITs. Mapletree merger is just one of the events that may cause fluctuate, but the main driver to S-REIT+ performance should be the overall market outlook.

Shag, how is it now? I just started in May, quite a noob here. Not looking good either, the price keep dropping. But from your experience, do you think there is a chance to see it grow better in the 2years future?
