I've been trading options for awhile. Wheeling is one of the best beginner strategies but you lose out on a lot of the upside in the stock with all the downside risk. You'll find studies on the wheel not beating the S&P everywhere. But that said, some people prefer having consistent 'income' from selling options VS buy and hold.
