Anyone heard of vandyke.sg? Claims to guarantee capital. Scam?

vandyke.sg (2017) - website looks like that of a company that trades on your behalf. Apparently guarantees capital and monthly payout 3-7% with just 5k min deposit. Anyone heard of it? Pyramid scheme? Trading scam?

Guarantee capital is a bold statement🤔
12% - 30% annual payout 🤔

Not sure scam or not. But sound too good to be true🤔
